A Cook For You Services, LLC - Inspired by the Love of Food

2 cups of quinoa
4 cups of coconut water with pulp
3 tbsp of craisons
3 tbsp of cashew half & pieces 
3 tbsp of roasted corn (fresh or canned)
2 tbsp of orange bell pepper diced
2 tbsp of parsley 
1 cup of coconut milk

Cook quinoa with coconut water for 15-20 minutes. Add the craisons,  cashews, roasted corn, orange bell pepper, parsley, and coconut milk to the cook quinoa. Salt to taste and mix until everything is incorporated. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or over night if possible.
